The hotel staff was very helpful. They contacted me before my arrival to ask if I wanted my room made up as a double or twin. I also liked that they booked my water taxi to the airport for me (very convenient!). The hotel is located on a lovely square.

This hotel is in a great location, close to attractions. i found the staff nice and attentive. breakfast was superb. The staff seemed happy to see us each morning and were always happy to help.
The bathroom was separate from the room. this meant numerous walks across the landing to reach it during the night. Not ideal.
