I found the location very convenient, close to the station. The staff was helpful. They allowed an early check-in, which I appreciated after traveling all night. The bed was cozy, and the room was clean. I was very happy. Breakfast was nice. It had several options that were delicious.

The air conditioning worked well. I kept my room warm even in february. gare lazare station and metro were a one-minute walk away, so convenient!!! food and shopping were available in the nice mall at the station. the main reception was always manned, even late at night, giving me a sense of safety.
The breakfast room was too small. I felt uncomfortably crowded there. sometimes it was too full to enter at all. i appreciate that they were maximizing a small area, but more space would be better.

the staff was friendly enough at breakfast.
My room faced an interior courtyard and was quite small. the air conditioning made odd noises throughout the night, and i found it difficult to get a restful sleep. i had to ask for extra pillows, slow in arriving. The provided ones were very flat.
