convenient location friendly staff room cleanliness decent breakfast
the location was convenient, right next to the station. the staff were very friendly and quickly helped me with directions. i appreciated the cleanliness of my room. the breakfast offered a decent selection of pastries.

convenient location near gare saint lazare!!!
working air conditioning metro access manned reception
The air conditioning worked well. I kept my room warm even in february. gare lazare station and metro were a one-minute walk away, so convenient!!! food and shopping were available in the nice mall at the station. the main reception was always manned, even late at night, giving me a sense of safety.
The breakfast room was too small. I felt uncomfortably crowded there. sometimes it was too full to enter at all. i appreciate that they were maximizing a small area, but more space would be better.

small room noisy air conditioning
the staff was friendly enough at breakfast.
My room faced an interior courtyard and was quite small. the air conditioning made odd noises throughout the night, and i found it difficult to get a restful sleep. i had to ask for extra pillows, slow in arriving. The provided ones were very flat.
