the staff was helpful with directions. i was able to walk to several attractions. the room had a mini fridge which i used. the hotel also had complimentary toiletries (shower gel, shampoo and conditioner).

the hotel is near the gare st lazare station, a walk of less than ten minutes. many bars and restaurants are located in the surrounding area. the opera is also within walking distance from this accommodation.

the front desk offered useful advice for getting to the airport. staff suggested taking the train rather than the subway. they recommended the train to allow for easier luggage transport on escalators.

the breakfast offered many choices and i found it reasonably priced. i enjoyed the fresh pastries and fruits (especially the croissants!). the dining area was clean and well kept.

my room included a spacious layout. it had a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower. air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool. the room featured two large windows offering natural light.

The staff offered excellent friendly service. The room size was nice. I also enjoyed the very clean bathroom. The room felt fresh. I appreciated the mini-fridge and safe.
The reservation policy means you may wait weeks for your deposit return.

The location was really central. I could easily reach many destinations. All of the staff were super friendly. I would consider going back to that hotel if I visit again (hopefully with my loved one).
Our room was on the fifth floor. Climbing one floor wasn't a big problem. The room had wooden floors and it was quite noisy. It wasn't the most peaceful experience.

The hotel is near Gare Saint-Lazare. Access from the airport via metro is easy. Many metro and bus lines stop near the station. The staff was friendly. They were always helpful. The room had two full-length mirrors in addition to one in the bathroom.
My room was on the fifth. This meant climbing one flight of stairs.
