The location provided easy access to many attractions. The room had air conditioning, much needed. The room was quiet, clean and modern. I appreciated having a kettle to make tea in the room.

The metro station is very close. It is only a few steps away. The room was very clean. Staff was decent and cooperative. The area feels safe even at night. I recommend this hotel one hundred percent.
The hotel has thin walls. You can hear conversations in the hallway. I could hear doors opening.

The daily cleaning service was useful. the staff was very helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions about local travel. i found the location advantageous as it was close to many restaurants.
the bathroom was quite small. the shower lacked some basic equipment. also, the towels had a bad smell, which i didn't like.

The location was very convenient. I could easily access public transport. There were many shops and restaurants nearby, great. The room size was ok and i had enough space for my things.
The male receptionists were a little underwhelming. I never received a bonjour. i reported that the kettle leaked, but it wasnt replaced. Maids forgot a second bath towel after cleaning my room. I had to ask again.

the location was perfect, very near the metro. (which was honestly a relief after all the walking i did).
my room faced the street and noise was a constant issue. i could hear everything happening outside and inside the hotel, difficult to sleep before midnight. there was basically no sound isolation at all.
