the staff were consistently helpful providing a warm welcome and prompt service. the location offered easy access to places i wanted to see. the breakfast included homemade banana cake and fresh products from local suppliers it was lovely.
i could sometimes hear movement from the stairs at night this was a very slight issue.

The state of my room left much to be desired. there was a distinct sewage smell emanating from both the sink and the toilet, and it permeated the entire room, how lovely. the bed, had hairs and stains on the sheets. Charming.
