The shower room felt a little cramped. i also noticed a lack of hanging space. I kept some clothes on the floor after i hung a few items.

I really liked how close the hotel was to the castle! (perfect for exploring). breakfast included delicious croissants, honestly a 10/10. the hotel also arranged a safe place for me to leave my bag after i checked out. I really appreciated that. the staff were friendly and polite, i felt so welcome.

the staff demonstrated amazing teamwork, especially sophia and martha in the dining area. dylan and harry were great behind the bar. emma at reception and james, the manager, were also excellent, always ready to help.

my room was clean and cozy. it felt very warm, such a cute atmosphere after a long day! the bed was comfy, i had a great night's sleep every night after i had explored the area.
