The hotel was very clean and well-kept. The room had all necessary facilities for a comfortable visit. It was a short taxi ride to the Masjid al Nabawi, which cost very little.
I found the location a bit isolated, because there were limited restaurant options nearby.

The hotel location is convenient for accessing the Prophet's Mosque with a short taxi ride, i found taxis readily available just outside the hotel. The staff was very helpful, even assisting with luggage to the taxi after check-out, which i appreciated. I was happy with the inclusion of complimentary amenities, like tea bags and bottled water in the room.
The supply of one tissue box, one tea bag, and one small water bottle per day seemed insufficient, especially considering the daily rate (i hope they reconsidered this).

The reception staff offered quick responses to my requests, which i found beneficial. The check-in process was very fast, even when arriving before noon. the personnel exhibited a cooperative attitude .

The rooms were very neat and clean. I also appreciated the excellent condition of all furniture and accessories. The reception service WAS very good, and the staff was cooperative. They even knew English, a great help.

The hotel is located on a road that takes only two minutes to reach Masjid Nabvi underground parking. Many restaurants are nearby. The walking distance from this hotel to Haram is only 20 minutes.

the room was clean. the staff were helpful and available. the wifi connection worked good with high speed. the location is superb for visiting important places.
i found several problems . the hotel advertised is close to the prophet's mosque, but it is far. getting back to the hotel became a struggle due to heavy traffic. it was hard to find a taxi.

far from the mosque, some issues
bad showerno empathy
the shower was defective, and this annoyed me. water flow was bad. also, the receptionist lacked empathy when i arrived exhausted at 4:00 am. they said check-in was at 4:00 pm. no consideration was given, and i just wanted to rest after my long journey, long trip.

The staff was friendly, i guess. the rooms were clean. That's acceptable.
The location was a major issue. going to haram required a taxi, costing 10-15 sar each time. Careem was necessary since hailing a taxi was impossible. the return trips were stressful. Drivers often got lost due to road closures and a general lack of knowledge, costing 25-30 sar. i'm frustrated

The room was VERY clean, and all necessities were provided. The staff was friendly. They gave me helpful information about the surrounding area and directions to key sites. The value for the price was really good.
