the location is within walking distance of the prophet's mosque.
the room i received did not match the pictures online , and it had an unpleasant odor. the beds also lacked comfort , resulting in poor sleep quality. the overall condition of the room fell short of expectations.

The location was quite convenient. I could easily walk to nearby shops. I also appreciated the cleanliness of my Classic Quadruple Room. The room was very tidy!!!
The parking situation was a bit inconvenient. It was costly, I think. the noise levels at night made it hard to sleep. The isolation is really bad.

The staff was very friendly. Receptionists were always nice. I appreciated the spacious budget double room, which includes large windows. The parking was available for an extra charge, and there were real parking places with wide entrance. The check-in procedure was smooth and very quick. The personnel seemed properly trained. I found the extra amenities during Ramadan very considerate, including dates for Iftar and a plate of fruits.
The faucet in the basin releases water slowly, so basic tasks like washing hands becomes difficult.

The hotel has a good location. The hotel is close to the Prophet's Mosque, approximately 5-10 minutes walk. It provided easy access to prayers and other important religious sites, and i found the proximity very convenient.

A place selling coffee is available on the ground floor. Complimentary coffee and juice were offered in the lobby during Iftar. This thoughtful gesture was a welcome treat after a long day, and I greatly appreciated these refreshments.

The room was clean. Housekeeping staff were very well-trained and ensured rooms were super clean. The budget double room was spacious, it includes large windows which provides much natural light, and i found the space very sufficient.

The front office staff were very helpful. They ensured i got an early check-in quickly. the location is also quite convenient as it is a short walk to the masjid al nabawi. i rate their services highly.
cleaners opened the door without knocking on a couple of occasions.
