just okay, i guess

poor wifi loud air conditioning

The location was quite convenient. The mosque was nearby.

The wifi was terrible. I struggled to send even basic messages. also, the air conditioning sounded like a generator. it was quite loud, so sleeping well was difficult.

an okay stay near the mosque

great location clean room poor wifi slow elevator

the hotel's location was definitely a plus. i was only a few minutes from the mosque's gate. the room i had was also well kept and clean. everything seemed orderly.

the wifi wasn't great in my room, i could barely send a simple message. the elevator also took a very long time to arrive on the ground floor, frustrating.

the room was spacious and clean four single beds were available i also liked that the location is near the masjid un nabwi it made visits very convenient. i found friendly staff willing to cooperate which was very nice. i appreciated the bathroom it was clean also.

i experienced the wifi not working i think having reliable wifi in the rooms is important .

nearby masjid walking distance immaculate room

The hotel is very close to the Masjid. It is within walking distance to the male gates. The hotel is also very close to Riaz ul Jannah gate. The room was immaculate and its size was suitable for a couple.

One of the receptionists was rude and displayed arrogance.

the hotel's location was convenient. it was just a short walk to the mosque. the room provided included complimentary tea bags and instant coffee and a water kettle. the daily room cleaning service was very efficient. staff members were polite and helpful.

i found it difficult to locate the hotel. there are multiple hotels with similar names which caused confusion.

loud ac unit twin beds

the location proved convenient, providing easy access to nearby amenities.

Our reserved double bed was not available. instead, we got twin beds. the air conditioning unit was also quite loud. This impacted sleep quality.
