Our reserved double bed was not available. instead, we got twin beds. the air conditioning unit was also quite loud. This impacted sleep quality.

the hotel is very close to the mosque. it is just across the road to enter masjid annawabi. the location makes access simple (especially for prayers). al baik is also nearby for a quick meal.

the wifi signal strength was variable. it was occasionally difficult to connect.

the staff at the reception were cute and efficient. they promptly addressed my inquiries and requests. i had an early check-in and the process was very smooth and quick.

the hotel's location near the masjid nabawi is a major advantage. being able to walk to the mosque in under five minutes was very convenient. its proximity to the green dome and gate 37 for rawda is also ideal.
