The location was convenient. I found myself just a short walk from the mosque. the reception staff showed great support, especially with luggage.
The room cleaning was below par. I did not see proper room service . also, toilet supplies like shampoo were not enough for my needs.

The staff was helpful, i liked mr bassem at the front desk. He was especially kind. the location is excellent. I timed the walk to gate 307, and it took exactly three minutes. the route to the masjid nabwi entrance is a straight line, so getting lost is difficult.
the bathroom was quite small and not very clean.

The hotel is very close to the haram, just a three-minute walk away. I timed it myself. many shops selling gifts are located around the hotel. We can easily reach the main road from here.

fast check-in was available upon arrival, a convenient feature after a long journey. the hotel provided a secure environment and also helped arrange outings and taxis , a nice bonus.

The triple room was comfortable and had a tv, which worked well. I appreciated this feature. the air conditioning functioned properly, maintaining a comfortable temperature inside. That was welcome. the room seemed quiet

the LOCATION was pretty near the Al Masjid an Nabawi.
The room cleaning WAS substandard, and the bathroom cleanliness was questionable. the a/c was LOUD. It made sleeping difficult.

the location was quite near to al masjid an nabawi. i clocked it to a 3 minutes walk to gate 307 of masjid nabwi entrance.
the room was really old. the windows seemed like they never saw water and were broken, so i could not operate or close them.

I found the location convenient. The mosque was just a short walk away! the cleanliness was also notable. The room and bedding were super clean. reception staff were helpful. Check-in took only five minutes, and they arranged a taxi for me easily.
