Solid stay close to the Haram
great locationfree parking
The hotel is very close to the Haram. It is about 100 meters from Gate 305. The lobby has many chairs and tables, both inside and outside. I could easily hear the Azan from my room and get to the Haram before prayers. The parking was free too.
The paper cups for tea were low quality. the prayer mat had a bad smell.

the location was excellent. it is two minutes walk to haram. the staff were friendly and kind.
The room service was bad. No one answered the phone. i had to go downstairs to ask for our room service.

there is a lovely coffee shop with very reasonable prices. sitting areas exist both inside and outside the hotel where you can sit. enjoy coffee with family.

the hotel is very near the haram from the south side. the staff accommodated my requests, i found them friendly. the coffee sitting area outside was also nice.
it took a while for them to retrieve it from the reservation office! the bath was not well cleaned.

The room was VERY clean. The staff cleaned it daily. The location was close to the mosque entrance. The hotel had a supermarket NEARBY, so I bought snacks. I used the free WiFi to plan my next day.
