Really good Experience Near Major Attractions
mini fridge clean linen kind staff
The room was equipped with a mini fridge. The bed linen was regularly changed. The staff were kind (I felt cared for).
Our key lacked a keychain, so retrieving it from reception each evening was challenging.

The staff always tried to help guests. They organized airport transfers and city tours. The cleaning lady visited the room daily and kept everything clean and tidy.

The hotel is in a very good location near the Grand Bazaar and the tramway. This makes it easy and comfortable to reach all the attractions. The hotel is close to everything.

fantastic stay!
great location pide bakery
the location was wonderful. it was just a short walk to the grand bazaar. plus, there was a good pide bakery right in front of the hotel, so convenient!
the air conditioning didn't work . the room was warm, and adjusting the thermostat made no difference.

the hotel is really close to public transport options. i could easily reach various attractions. being near the istanbul bazaar was a HUGE plus, as i could explore it with ease.

adequate stay with some notable issues
i found a couple of things disappointing. the in-room safe was not working, inconvenient (i needed to keep my valuables with me). i asked about it, but staff said they couldn't do anything.

charmed by this cozy retreat!
fantastic location friendly staff comfortable room
The location was fantastic, close to all the main attractions and public transport. Just a short walk to the grand bazaar (it was so convenient!). the staff was friendly and helpful. Suleyman was available 24/7. the rooms were super clean and very comfortable, easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
it started early in the morning, a little disruptive.

the hotel provides shuttle service upon request, made getting to and from the airport very simple. a 24-hour reception is available, ensuring assistance is always accessible (this was really reassuring). the internet connection was strong throughout the premises.

convenient location short walk helpful staff
I appreciated the hotel's convenient location. the grand bazaar was only a short walk away, i felt safe exploring the area. the staff assisted me with organising transfers. Late check-out was convenient.
the elevator wasn't working for a couple of days which was slightly inconvenient!

clean room daily towel change nearby shop
The location offered easy access to many points of interest by walking. A great shop with Turkish delights (Tado) was nearby. Room towels were changed daily, and the room was very clean.
Early check-in was not possible due to an electricity issue (a municipal problem).
