Pleasant surprise!

The room overlooked what seemed like a canal with boats and showed a glimpse of the area. The hotel felt new and clean, i thought. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very efficient. A lovely patio filled with green plants provided space for drinks and coffee.
There was no ventilation IN the room. The air quickly felt stuffy, so i had to keep the window open all night.

The hotel location offers convenient access to nearby attractions. I found it was easy to find, simplifying travel logistics. The area has bus stops for quick transport. These buses connect directly to key destinations.

The reception operates 24 hours. This ensures assistance is always available. The staff offered friendly and quick support. They were efficient, which enhanced my stay, i appreciate that. Check-in was very easy.

The room included modern furnishings and A large bed, very useful. A microwave and mini fridge were available. These added convenience. The ensuite bathroom was clean and had toiletries.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a good selection and was tasty. i found the links to the tube station helpful. the bus route was decent too.
the entrance to the hotel seemed dirty and untidy. my room lacked a safe and closet. i felt concerned about this. there was just a rail with a few hangers.

I stayed in a Double Room City View. The staff was helpful with settling in, though busy! The room was clean, and the en suite was really good.
The light in the bathroom is motion activated, it ended up waking up everyone in the room.

oliver welcomed me warmly marianna provided supportive advice yakovas handled my departure discussion well my room resembled a suite it included a mini kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and sink the bed was large and comfortable the ensuite was fantastic a working desk area was useful i could see the stadium from room 209 i have already booked my next stay
parking posed a slight problem the hotel car park is tiny it only accommodates a few cars
