I encountered a couple of problems that impacted the stay. The safe in my room did not function upon arrival. I had to request its repair multiple times, but the issue persisted for five days. the provision of water, promised with my upgraded room, was inconsistent. I contacted reception daily to request it, and this became quite tiresome.
