I found the hotel's location very convenient, near Leidseplein. This made it easy to access different parts of the city. The staff was polite. They ensured my check-in was smooth. The room was tidy with necessary amenities. It was a double room. The shower was amazing!

the location is super convenient. i found it easy to explore nearby attractions (the canals were a short walk!). the staff were genuinely pleasant and helpful. i especially liked the clean room with a comfortable bed.
the staircase was a bit steep, which could be tricky with luggage (it was a workout carrying my suitcase!).
