The staff was very friendly and provided a seamless check-in. The hotel was clean. It included everything I needed. Rembrandtplein square is within a short walk. It has cafes and bars.

I had to haul my suitcases up the stairs. The carpets were old and musty. It was unpleasant.

The location are good to visit what i wanted. rooms are spacious. i find nice to sit in the lounge to watch tv. i used two towels. They were plenty and very clean. the location was perfect, great transport are linked.

the tv needed to be set up by staff each day. this meant i had to wait for them to come fix it. this was bad while i wanted to watch the football.

the apartment was spacious with a bedroom, living room, dining area, and kitchen. the bathroom was also a good size. plenty of towels are available for use. the main bed was comfortable and clean.

staff were friendly and helpful all time. check-in was seamless and quick. the receptionist was accommodating when i asked to change rooms. the staff responds fast for questions.
