the hotel location was nice. i felt safe walking around the neighborhood. the atmosphere was relaxing. i liked the hotel approach to sustainable hospitality. having a water station in the lounge was also nice.
the pre-arrival registration process needed improvement, it required too many emails and requests for data, it was combined with a cancellation threat.

the room includes a comfortable bed. a spacious shower exists with good water pressure. Basic equipment are available in the room. these include a water cooker and a Nespresso coffee maker.

the continental breakfast has a good selection. guests will find different breads, pancakes, and pastries. jams, spreads, cheeses, hams, boiled eggs, and fresh fruit are available. yoghurts, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate are also included.

complicated tvweak wi-fi
My stay had some issues. I found the room service wasn't automatic. I had to request cleaning a full day ahead. The tv operation seemed TOO complicated. The wi-fi signal WAS weak, and the room lacked a fridge.

The room included a capsule coffee machine (which i totally used!) and the staff kept everything stocked, a nice touch. the location was awesome, erasmusbrug was super close plus i could walk to the city center. i really appreciated that the hotel was near the central station. It made getting around so easy.

the room was clean and had a good style. i liked that i could turn the air conditioning on and off. i also had the option to open the window for fresh air (something i always appreciate). water was available in the server.
the pre-arrival registration process was a bit much. i received many emails requesting data (it felt excessive). the key code for the hotel and room was only valid for one day (despite my reservation being for longer). i had trouble getting into the hotel after a morning run because of this.
