Excellent Stay Near Amsterdam

The room was spacious and very clean. I appreciated the mini fridge and kettle provided in the room. The staff were always friendly and ready to help with any questions. I found the location very convenient. It was a short walk to the train station (maybe three minutes).

The parking fee of €15 per day seemed a bit high.

the room looked dusty. i also noticed the floor not very clean, with hairs. i told the front desk. i showed photos immediately after my arrival. they said they would tell the cleaning staff the next morning, but they didn't have replacement rooms. the lighting was bad, there are not real lamps but just ceiling lights on the side walls.

Excellent Hotel near Amsterdam

Room 409 was a king suite. I found the size of the room very pleasing. The super king-size bed proved to be comfortable (I slept like a log!). Shower pressure was good and the water was consistently warm. The train station is a short five-minute walk, and the journey into Amsterdam Central took only twelve minutes, which I considered perfect.

A minor issue was the bathroom's glass door in the family suitewith limited privacy.

The hotel provides a convenient bike shed and I found it very useful. I saw that the family room includes two bedrooms plus a kitchen area that featured a microwave. the facilities enhanced the convenience of my stay.

The train station is just a five-minute walk away, made traveling simple. There is also an Albert Heijn grocery store located across from the hotel. I considered this location to be very quiet and peaceful for the duration of my stay.

I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating . Housekeeping kept the rooms in good order and addressed any requests promptly. The service contributed positively to my overall experience here.

i found the hotel very close to the train station. this location made traveling into amsterdam central quick at only ten minutes. a supermarket five minutes from the hotel offered easy access to groceries and other necessities.

i requested an extra pillow but it never arrived. this lack of responsiveness was a bit disappointing after a long day.

the staff was very kind. they explained all the conditions and prices. the hotel had a very comfortable triple room three single beds. it is close to a train station and some stores and restaurants.

There was no one to contact if there was any issue or service needed. A virtual assistant is good for nothing. we raised a housekeeping request, but no one came and our request for drinking water was also not addressed.

the train station was close which was acceptable

the room seemed a bit rough around the edges the wallpaper showed some peeling i also noticed the bathroom door was made of see through glass it barely offered any privacy at all , made things awkward
