The check-in process felt disorganized. I waited a considerable time before receiving my room key. the absence of a refrigerator in the room was an inconvenience. It would have been useful for storing beverages. I expected more from a hotel. of this supposed rating.

The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. They changed rooms for me without any issues. Free coffee, tea and water were available in the reception area, that provides a cute touch. The staff stored luggage happily.
