i found the automated check-in and check-out quite efficient. my room was well-equipped considering the price. the breakfast had good variety. the staff was friendly and helpful.
the room could have been a bit cooler. i found the temperature slightly too warm for my liking.

The staff were very friendly. They were always ready to assist with anything I needed. I appreciated the coffee machine in the room with included capsules (it was a nice touch).
The rooms are small and carpeted. The carpet had a musty smell because of the rain. (I did not enjoy that).

The staff were friendly. (that was a definite plus).
The room lacked air conditioning. This made the room stuffy. A small window and an inadequate ventilation system did little to alleviate the problem. The absence of air conditioning should have been mentioned in the description.

the staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival. the rooms were clean. the rooftop bar was nice.
i stayed for five nights and six days and some pajamas went missing on the first night. the receptionist scolded me for asking about them. the location is far from many places even the nearest market is a walk away.
