Wonderful Stay!

central locationbeautiful lobbyspacious roomearly check-in
The hotel's location is near the city center. A short walk takes you to many sites. A nearby metro station offered easy travel. I found the lobby and bar area beautiful! My room was tidy and spacious, perfect for my three-night stay. The staff checked me in early at 12 PM, a great help.
The room was very small. I found it hard to work or unpack. There was no coffee maker, room service, or resources to help me find local restaurants.
Rooms
9/10
My room included a king-sized bed and modern decor. I found it very clean! There were ample outlets near the desk, and the climate control system worked efficiently. The blackout curtains ensured a dark room at night.
Service
10/10
The staff was available 24/7 and answered all my questions! Check-in was quick. The employees provided clear directions. They even helped me book a taxi for my early morning departure. I really appreciated that.

Average stay. Some issues noted

cramped roomaverage quality
The room felt quite cramped. Especially for two people, it felt a little too small. the breakfast had many options, though the quality seemed fairly average and leaned heavily on sugary items. also, the staff didn't clean our room one night, disappointing considering the price. we mentioned it, but there wasn't any offer to refund a portion of the cost.
