the central location worked well for accessing many attractions. i appreciated having a coffee machine directly in my room. the luggage storage was also helpful for my late departure.

convenient location helpful staff good shower
The location is undeniably convenient. It is very close to the main train station. staff members are helpful and polite. the shower pressure was good! air conditioning made a few noises but over all, the room was great.

mouse problem run-down rooms
the room was clean.
i found a mouse in my room and the receptionist acted like this was normal (honestly, i was shocked). also, the hotel seemed run down with heavily used rooms and common areas.

fantastic location and friendly service
great location helpful staff handy vending machines
the location of the hotel is really great, very close to the train station. this made getting around very easy. the staff were always friendly and helpful, answering questions promptly. the vending machines were handy for late-night snacks.
the room was a LITTLE smaller than i expected, but it was still functional.

The refurbished bathroom felt new and clean. A definite plus. having an elevator was very helpful. This is a feature not always found in every place. i found the staff very friendly and willing to assist guests.
