communal spaces friendly vibe heartfelt attentiveness
The communal spaces fostered a cute atmosphere and I appreciated the friendly vibe. Public transportation access made journeys seamless , a true advantage. Victoria showed excellent dedication . Her heartfelt attentiveness enriched my visit.
The room had only a slight sound issue from adjacent rooms.

Study areas provided quiet spaces for focused work , available at any hour. The building included useful laundry facilities. There was efficient self check in and helpful staff were readily accessible.

The breakfast offered diverse options. The hotel restaurant prepared very good pizzas. Guests enjoyed various choices for food and beverages, with everything conveniently located within the building.

Tram and metro stations were very close. This provided easy access to the city center. The location was peaceful, even though it was a short distance from the central area.

Great Vibe and Super Convenient!
quality equipment helpful staff early check-in smooth arrival
I found a space to lounge and work! The gym had good quality equipment I used daily. The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided quick assistance when needed. I was very happy with the easy and early check-in process. It made my arrival smooth.
The room service skipped my room once for housekeeping, I did not have the DND sign up!

The hotel is close to public transport. I found metro and tram stops nearby. Reaching different parts of the city was very convenient! This location allowed for easy exploration.

There is a cafe downstairs which served breakfast and lunch. I was able to grab coffee and a pastry easily. The cafe offered a selection of sandwiches and salads. It was super convenient for quick bites!

Acceptable Stay with Minor Issues
superb facilities quiet study places convenient access poor room service shower gel refill missing towels
The building provided superb facilities. I especially enjoyed the study places where I could study quietly at any hour. The access to train and tram was also convenient with just a two-minute walk. The room I stayed in was clean and well organized.
The room service was not great , and we never got a normal refill of shower gels or shampoos. This happened even though we stayed for almost a week. Not all towels were changed properly , and sometimes we missed a few of them.
