i found free from food options during breakfast it was excellent i have intolerances this was so helpful. i had an excellent choice at breakfast. i phoned the hotel directly and they checked immediately when i thought i might have left something in the room they were very helpful.

the parking was a nightmare i noticed individuals parking across two spaces right outside reception forcing others to park tightly in dark spaces at the rear of the hotel i find this quite inconsiderate.

the hotel features a nice breakfast buffet that includes croissants muffins and pancakes ensuring guests can start their day with variety and satisfaction it's a strong point. the hotel catered well for a vegan diet providing several options for plant-based eaters it suited me.

The staff had the air conditioning on full blast in the communal areas. The dining room felt freezing and it seemed like a deliberate attempt at driving guests away. I complained once but nothing changed. Such a shame.

I found the staff to be genuinely helpful. The breakfast offered excellent choices. I had no trouble with parking (even arriving late). The hotel was full, but everything still flowed smoothly.

I noticed the air conditioning could use updating, though it still managed to do the job.
