The duplex apartment was acceptable. It had a kitchenette, useful for preparing snacks.
The noise from the nearby bar made it difficult to sleep at times. I found the noise especially disruptive since it continued late into the night and started early in the morning.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful . The cleaning service maintained my room daily and it was clean. I liked the pool bar. It stayed open into the night and helped people socialize. Breakfast was good, they made cafe con leche when ordered. They were not using those self serve machines.

The location is convenient to highways so it is easy to tour the island. A few restaurants exist in the area. Parking is available, but spaces are limited along the road. I am unsure about alternative parking options.

Staff members knew guests by name. They remembered my coffee order at breakfast. A friendly atmosphere allows people to socialize more easily. This gave the place a charming feel .

My room was spacious and had a terrace. It faced the pool. This made a good place to relax during the week. The facilities were clean and maintained with good loungers. Poolside music adds to the atmosphere.

chipped paintannoying wi-fi
The walls needs work. chipped paint near the pool is not ideal, especially if you're bare foot. i also found the wi-fi a little annoying. I had to re-enter the code every time my phone went to sleep. it reminded me of a step back into the dial-up days.

the staff was genuinely friendly. i appreciated the heated pool and the jacuzzi. the rooftop sauna offered very nice sea views (especially during sunset!). i really liked having a gym available.

The apartments include everything needed for a comfortable stay. the staff provides really good service. They consistently go above to ensure a great vacation. the apartments are perfect. the sauna offers a great sea view over the whole holiday area.
the floors did not feel very clean, especially considering slippers were provided.
