the location IS excellent. rooms are spacious and the balcony had a great view. We were close to restaurants and free park spaces were available. the pool is big and clean and they also have other services like laundry. but the best IS their personal, nic and ana were excellent host as well as lucre our cleaning lady.

I really liked that the staff was very helpful and friendly. the bed was very comfortable too. the room was cleaned twice . I found this really convenient.
The swimming pool had limited hours. It closed quite early at 6 p.m. the kitchen had very basic equipment which was a bit disappointing. i also noticed the hotel seemed a bit overpriced considering the facilities.

the staff was very friendly. the location is great, close to both the beach and yumbo centre. i found the apartment clean when i arrived and i felt secure on the complex.
the rooms seem a bit dated, i noticed some open wires running on the ceiling. i could hear all the noises from other rooms and was woken up by that. the wi-fi wasn't very good either.
