helpful staff quick check-in comfortable beds missing tiles dirty sunbeds black mold
The staff was very helpful. I had a quick check-in (it was seamless!). My room included a kettle, microwave, fridge, and coffee pot. The bedroom offered very comfortable beds and plenty of storage space.
The shower had some issues. Tiles were missing around the plug hole area. Everything around the edges looked like black mold (I was not happy with that). The sunbeds were dirty with bird droppings and dried sweat.

mixed feelings about the stay
the location was acceptable. it was near the yumbo centre.
It included jack-hammering. this work was next to our room. air conditioning did not work properly and stopped at times. i reported this to reception, but no one came to fix it.
