A CHARMING Stay!
kind staff great location
The staff at reception were very kind. The location is AMAZING. The building has security at night along with a lock on the door to the reception. This.
The beds are a little tired and could use an upgrade. It was also seriously hot because no fan or air conditioning was available. This made sleeping uncomfortable.

The one-bedroom apartment had clean kitchen supplies. The apartment is well stocked, so I could cook in the kitchen. The beds were made every day, a service I appreciated.

The hotel was very close to the main beachfront area with nice restaurants. A supermarket was nearby. I found good value for money for dining out and stocking the kitchen.

The location is REALLY good, very close to Yumbo and the beach. The main beach front area with nice restaurants is within walking distance. The dunes are only 20-30 minutes away.

necessary cooking facilities ideal location
the location was ideal near the beach. the apartment was clean and equipped with all necessary cooking facilities, i found it quite convenient!
The apartment felt dated. the balcony never got direct sunlight. It was sometimes quite chilly because of this.

clean apartment friendly staff road noise dated rooms
The apartment was clean. The location was near the beach and I found main shopping area. The staff were friendly too and I saw housekeepers giving extra towels.
I thinks the rooms are dated and dark. The road noise was very loud in my room like there were no windows. This happened because the sliding windows were not tight and offered no soundproofing. There was no air conditioning.

great value near the beach
fantastic location helpful staff great pool
the location is really fantastic. i found the supermarket across the street excellent and well stocked. the reception staff was very helpful when i needed information on the bus route to las palmas. they even printed timetables for me. the pool area is a great spot for sunbathing.
there's no air-conditioning. it can get very noisy at times.

charming Stay close to everything
convenient location helpful staff sunbathing space
The location was convenient. A supermarket DIRECTLY across the street made getting supplies simple. I found the reception staff helpful. They provided bus route information and even printed timetables. the pool area was really great for sunbathing with ample space.
the street noise was sometimes loud. the windows did not block much sound, requiring earplugs.

friendly staff extra towel comfortable bed furniture upgrade noisy street small pool area
the staff seemed very friendly and cute. housekeepers were on hand to give extra towels. the beds were really comfortable and offered a good amount of storage.
the street outside was busy. Therefore it was noisy. the pool area seemed small and did not get much sun because of the high walls.
