central location and efficient service

the staff was friendly and cute i found the room to be very clean and spacious the balcony was a nice addition the lighting was very good throughout the room the location is close to the nightlife and restaurants i was pleased with how efficiently the housekeeping staff cleaned the rooms and replaced towels daily it made my stay more comfortable the pool area was lively and big
the minibar struggled to keep drinks cold and a small fridge would improve the room

i appreciated the location a short walk from the jumbo centre and the dino supermarket just beside the premises it was very convenient. the pool area offered a relaxing space and the pool bar was great for having a few drinks i found the staff very attentive. i liked the big room i got with a nice bathroom and shower plus a lovely terrace.
the head board had a very dirty look. the pillow quality was terrible with noticeable smells of sweat which wasn't great

the staff was friendly. i found the location to be very central for everything and right beside a popular centre. i also appreciated the well-kept and clean pool area.
The air conditioning was very poor. the noise from the nearby bars was also a problem, as the rooms are definitely not soundproof. the rooms need decorating too. I noticed no plus socket in the kitchen for the kettle and the tv didn't turn on.

The hotel is next to the Yumbo centre , a great plus. The pool area provided ample sun and relaxation. Rooms were cleaned daily , towels were refreshed. I found the location very central.
The air conditioning barely cooled the room. It made little difference to the bedroom temperature.

Reception staff were available 24/7 , they provided assistance when needed. The cleaning service was thorough , maintaining cleanliness. Staff addressed requests promptly , which was beneficial.

peeling paintlacking cutlery
I was a bit disappointed with some aspects of my room. the bathroom definitely needed some work. The shower's paint was peeling off, which didn't look very nice. also, the kitchen lacked enough utensils. It would have been helpful to have more cutlery available (especially when preparing meals).
