tea facilities useful bathtub perfect location

the room included tea facilities, which i found quite useful. the bathtub was also a HUGE plus, so relaxing after a long day. i found the location perfect for my winter trip.

the internet WAS a little slow at times.

spotty wifi limescale buildup

The wifi was spotty. I struggled to connect at times and the speed wasn't great when it did work. the kettle in the room had some limescale buildup inside. I cleaned it myself before using it because it didn't look very appealing and hygiene was POOR.

modern room great temperature water pressure ventilation system high noise phone assistance

the room was very clean and modern. there was a fridge , a microwave and some dishware in the room. the shower was large , water pressure and temperature were great.

the ventilation system in my room stopped working for 3 hours in the early evening. i called the after hours phone , but they said there's nothing they can do. there is a window in the room , yet the noise levels were high throughout the whole night. the ventilation restarted the next morning , but my night's rest was not ideal.

The location was great. It offered easy access to transportation. I found various dining options nearby, a great convenience. The room featured a functional kitchenette and modern bathroom, both well-equipped. I appreciated the quietness of the room on the top floor.

The ventilation system in my room did not work for a few hours. It happened in the early evening and made the room very warm. I called for assistance, but the issue was not resolved until the next morning.

The staff at the reception demonstrated politeness. One employee provided super helpful service. She worked on May 23rd, from the morning. This service.

The hotel features a central location. The station and the lake are an easy walk. I found many restaurants and shops close by, a great advantage.

An Italian restaurant is located just below the hotel. I noticed a good restaurant right next to the hotel, very accessible. There was also an ice cream shop on the other side of the street.
