the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was good, close to many attractions. i also appreciated the clean room and common spaces (the lobby was particularly nice).
the window didn't close properly, so street noise was noticeable. the fan in the room struggled with the heat.

The location was great. I walked to the train station in about fifteen minutes. My balcony provided a lake view, which I really appreciated. The room had character, perhaps due to the building's age. I found it charming.

my room had a balcony, and it was quite spacious. the brasserie has delicious food. the location is good. it is close to the lake, grocery stores and cafes.
some receptionists are not the nicest. the room carpet is gross. they definitely should change it. the bathroom is so outdated. the shower water pressure is not good.

The location worked great! because it was a short walk from the train station. My room included a balcony. It provided views of Lake Geneva. This was a lovely extra. The room itself was big, i found the bathroom to be clean and quite modern. Due to the building's age. The room had a lot of nice character.
Some receptionists did not seem the NICEST! though the carpet seemed gross.

mixed feelings about my stay

the location was acceptable, providing easy access to the city center.
the room felt quite outdated (i guess it was obvious). the bathroom was tiny with the sink outside in the room. also, parking required prior arrangement and a deposit for the garage key, something i wasn't prepared for.
