Acceptable Stay with Preventable Issues
buzzer issue high carpet
Gaining access to the car park proved difficult. Staff did not answer the buzzer, a situation that needed resolution both upon arrival and departure. The staff's lack of knowledge regarding drink options at the bar led to a decision to forgo ordering. The high carpet strip between the bedroom and the hall resulted in a fall and subsequent back injury for me.

the on-site parking was secure and really convenient! the room had a nice, clean feel with comfy beds. i found the tram stop right outside, so getting to the city center was so quick!

the location was very useful with secure parking available. my room had tea and coffee making facilities. the shower room also had enough shelf space for my things. tram stop outside was close to the city centre.
the breakfast room was messy. water was all over the floor. staff struggled to replenish food items.

helpful staff tea facilities rough bedsheets small towels
The staff was helpful. The room included tea and coffee making facilities. I found that the private parking was available.
The bedsheets felt rough and thin. I only received two small bath towels and one hand towel for two people. One towel even had dust bunnies on it.

The hotel was near a tram stop. The secured parking was good and located at the back!
The breakfast had limited options. The price was too high for the available choices and variety. I also found the staff a little unhelpful and not very serious.
