Gaining access to the car park proved difficult. Staff did not answer the buzzer, a situation that needed resolution both upon arrival and departure. The staff's lack of knowledge regarding drink options at the bar led to a decision to forgo ordering. The high carpet strip between the bedroom and the hall resulted in a fall and subsequent back injury for me.
