great facilities and convenient location

I stayed here for several nights and liked the available facilities. i used the pool and gym. Both were clean and well kept (i especially liked the new equipment!). the location is good. I walked to the city center, about 15 minutes, and a bus stop is close. the room had a large desk.
The rooms lacked cooking utensils. I found a large pot, a colander, and one knife. i bought a frying pan at a nearby store (lidl) to prepare a meal. also, the stove top shut off during cooking. I had to restart the breaker.

my room had good storage and shelving for organizing items. lots of seating, so i did not have to sit in bed. the shower had plenty of hooks for hanging towels and clothes.

The staff was helpful. The room had lots of seating so I didn't have to sit on the bed all the time.
I did not realize it was mostly student housing. The room felt small and quite expensive for what it was. The windows did not open at all, a major drawback. Adjusting the AC was impossible so I was stuck with the set temperature.
