The hotel is near Entrecampos station. It was very convenient for an early train connection. My room included a clean updated bathroom. I found the staff friendly and helpful during my one-night stay.

old hairdryer constant water leak
my stay experienced some issues. the hairdryer looked old. there were no slippers. water leaked everywhere during baths, so the bathroom was always wet. communication was hard since only one staff member spoke fluent english.

helpful staff safe charger great organization
the staff was awesome! they were super helpful and always smiling. i left my phone charger and they kept it safe until i could grab it later. so organized and trustworthy!
the decor felt a little old. the hallways need better cleaning as well, i noticed some stains on the carpet. it didn't ruin my stay though!

the hotel's exterior didn't appear lovely from the outside.

european lidl train station grab option
The location allowed very easy navigation to both in town and out of town locations from entrecampos train and metro stations. the hotel was located two blocks from the station. a fully stocked european lidl grocery store is available at the train station. It has plenty of grab and go options. but the products are affordable.
the lift was often occupied by staff.

slow drain wall marks
The shower in my room did not drain quickly (this was rather unpleasant). I noticed some marks on the walls, an indication that the room could use some refurbishment. I found the bar closed earlier than advertised. It was not open until 11 as stated.
