The staff was attentive. veronica was especially helpful. gluten-free breakfast options were available, and the rooms and facilities were very clean. i appreciated the emergency number for assistance even outside the hotel. It was reassuring. i felt very supported as a lone female traveler .
the room lacked a bit of soundproofing, i could sometimes hear hallway noise.

the room featured a king-size bed. a double-size shower was also included. everything was super clean, i noticed. the beds were very comfy to be honest.

The pool uses salt water, not chlorine. i had a peaceful swim in it. blossom scent and bird song filled the air. the breakfast food tasted fresh and delicious. Warm croissants, eggs, and homemade apricot jam were available.

The staff were friendly, available, and very helpful. They were pretty good. Reception seemed like a multi task helper. Check in happened while sitting. I saw that if guests need help in the kitchen, the staff were there.
