Excellent stay by the river
fantastic locationquiet roomkind stafffresh pastries
The location was fantastic. Public transport was easily accessible. my top floor corner room was quiet. the staff were very kind and helpful (they left two bottles of water). pastries were fresh at breakfast. Warm mini nata were available daily.
i would have liked a kettle in the room.

the staff was kind and friendly! i even received ginja for my birthday from them! the location was super perfect! there was an open, pedestrianized street right in front of the hotel, offering views of the river! i found very good restaurants nearby too!
The bathroom had a slight sewer-like smell sometimes. I opened the balcony doors to air it out!

The front desk staff was very helpful! I was able to have breakfast earlier than the normal time, it helped a LOT.
The bathroom had a strange smell, like a sewer. I would open the balcony doors to air it out, but it kept coming back. It wasn't pleasant!

the hotel's location was very convenient. it was close to trams and the metro. the staff was also very friendly and helpful, which definitely enhanced my stay.
The room lacked soundproofing. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms. the breakfast buffet could have been more varied. i especially missed having hot egg options.

The breakfast offered limited choices, i found the lack of variety disappointing, especially after a few days. there weren't many options for hot food and the selection seemed repetitive. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. Noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway was noticeable. this made it difficult to fully relax, especially in the evenings, and contributed to a sense of being less private, thin walls.
