electric plugsenglish showsbrazilian staffold bin
my room was spacious. it had lots of electric plugs and sockets. i liked that english shows were available on the tv. it also had a fridge and air conditioning, wonderful.
the brazilian staff member was not very pleasant. i think the hotel should train its staff better. the bathroom bin was also quite old.

The gym had everything i needed for my workouts. Breakfast offered fresh items each morning.. especially the pastries. My double room felt more spacious than expected. I found the metro to be a short walk away, about 5-7 minutes.

the staff were attentive and professional. i appreciated the warm welcome upon arrival and during breakfast. the breakfast buffet offered enough options. the room was adequately sized. the bed was notably comfortable ensuring a good night's rest.
i found a few hairs in the bathroom.

the hotel's location is convenient. it is near a metro station with excellent access to public transportation. there are several restaurants around. i found a supermarket just next to the hotel. overall, the location worked well for me.
