The metro station was located right outside. There were also many shops and restaurants close by. The hotel staff were helpful. The location was good. The price was right.
The air conditioner did not work. I had to open a window for air! It was noisy, even though I used earplugs. There was no kettle in the room, either.

the room i got wasn't exactly what i expected. the shower curtain seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in ages and was a rather unappealing yellow. plus, only one of the lights in the room worked. it was pretty dim in there! the staff seemed pretty unenthusiastic, not a smile to be found. i guess that's what you get.

The hotel is close to the Areeiro Metro Station. This made transportation simple. The beds were comfortable. Shutters on the windows worked well.
The breakfast at 5€ did not appeal to me. I found it not very varied. The pillows were not comfortable. The water pressure in the washbasin was low.

I found the location very convenient. the metro station is very close to the hotel. About 20 steps. the surrounding area felt safe with cafes and restaurants open late. i appreciated the supermarket and atm nearby.
i noticed there was no hair dryer in the room. this was a bit inconvenient, so i had to buy one.
