the breakfast was tasty. It was a full English and well cooked. The proprietor was also friendly and helpful. There was an off road parking area.
The shower in my room had limited entry. There was a big step up into the cubicle, and it could do with a different door. Larger people will have difficulty entering the shower cubicle. The room WAS very noisy because of the traffic noise. This is unfortunate.

the holiday home had everything i needed, it included towels, tea, coffee, and even air conditioning. the cooked to order breakfast was AMAZING!!! it was served daily in the breakfast room. i could also choose cereals or eggs on toast for a lighter breakfast. the gardens were also beautifully maintained.
the road outside was very busy, which did affect my sleep slightly.

the owner was friendly and provided prompt, attentive service, i appreciated the clear and helpful communications before my arrival. the host happily assisted with getting laundry done for the family.

The location was convenient with a bus stop right outside. Buses passed frequently. plenty of restaurants and takeaways were nearby, a spar was across the road. the hotel had good off street parking and solid security.

The holiday home included two bedrooms. It easily accommodated three adults. beds were comfortable. there was a big lounge, kitchen, and a dining area. The bathroom was very nice. the overall setup was really good.

The breakfast was really good. They catered to my vegan needs wonderfully. i found the free parking very convenient, a great perk. check-in and check-out were quick. I appreciated the efficiency. the location was ideal. It was a short drive to the city center.
i noticed a few cobwebs in some of the ceiling corners.

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast included juice and hot drinks. A bus stop is right outside, and it goes to the town center in about 15 minutes.
The toilet seat was not fixed. There was a smell in the room, so I had to spray it with Febreze every day. The room was not cleaned .
