I appreciated the in-room fridge and kettle. They were useful. The big screen TV provided good entertainment. The wet room was amazing. I especially liked the design.

I found the room very clean and modern with good facilities. the fridge was a nice addition (very useful for storing drinks). i also appreciated how helpful the reception staff were. the breakfast was tasty and catered well for gluten-free options. It was a good value.
The tap water in the room was not drinkable. I'm unsure if it was just to encourage buying bottled water.

the hotel has great access to transport links and is just outside the city center. it allows quick access to the city with the bus stop located just outside the hotel. it is easy to navigate the public transport.

the reception staff offered helpful service. staff were friendly and rooms were always clean and tidy. the team also provided quick assistance when needed and were very responsive to requests (i asked for an extra pillow).

the rooms were modern and clean. they are a good size and comfortable. the beautiful double room included comfortable pillows and a beautiful style. also the rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

I really liked the location near bus stops. the staff were very attentive at all times. breakfast had a good selection of items. It was also very tasty.
the internet was very slow. it made it hard to complete some work tasks that i needed to do. i hope this is fixed soon.

the room was big and had a twin setup with a separate area for the other bed.
The noise was bad. I woke up at 3am a couple of times due to shouting. the reception said it was another guest, but i am unsure what was going on. the tv stopped working each night after some time.

the staff were helpful , answering my questions at the reception, which i found acceptable.
the room was quite small. i found it difficult to store my clothing, there was no proper place for it. it was also situated on a busy road, i could hear sirens all night because an ambulance or police station was nearby.
