an okay stay
helpful staff friendly face cute face hotel issue insufficient instructions no lock
the staff does makes the place a gem. this visit was my second and i want to plan a third. the staff always go out of their way TO help. the staff always has a friendly cute face when coming in.
i was moved to a hotel i hadn't booked with NO explanation. i wasn't given sufficient instructions on how to check in. i felt unsafe because there was no lock on the room door.

Clean Room Near the Beach
fast check-in clean linen quiet atmosphere
The check-in process was fast. The room had very clean bed linen I liked a lot. I found the quiet atmosphere contributed to a relaxing stay. It really helped me to rest after a long day.

Decent Stay, but Some Issues
small room dirty towels
The location met my expectations. It was close to amenities.
The room was quite small. There was barely space to move around. The bathroom was also tiny. I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. There were stains on the towels.

Comfortable stay close to everything
quick check-in fresh bed linen quiet hotel efficient process
The check-in process was swift and efficient, and that got my stay off to a great START. I found the bed linen very fresh and inviting. The hotel was quiet. I slept SO well, it was wonderful!
The Wi-Fi signal was a little weak in my room. I Managed to get some work done in the lobby, though.

serene coastal retreat
cozy atmosphere helpful staff
i found the room impeccably clean it created a sense of peace immediately. early check-in was available i appreciated the gesture. netflix was a good option to entertain my kids, especially the beds were great too.
i noticed crumbs and a sticky floor in the food area this detracted from the otherwise pleasant experience. towels had stains so it was an inconvenience i would have liked to avoid. a miscommunication about the room key also caused a slight delay.

self catering is available until 10pm with a microwave in the communal area so it is convenient. although no utensils were available, this option still adds value. cafes and shops are also nearby for more options.

The location was good. It was close to everything i needed.
The room was too small for three adults. there was no space to open suitcases and the bathroom was tiny. the hotel was noisy. I could hear neighbors and the busy road outside.

decent stay at a good price
clean towels fast wi-fi firm mattress rude staff
location was great to the beach. our room was spacious and very clean, i liked the fast wi-fi, and we always had hot water and clean towels in the bathroom.
the mattresses on the beds was a little firm. it felt a bit unusual to sleep on at first, and the front desk staff member was very rude and unprofessional. he seemed angry and was not at all helpful.
