Excellent Location and Service
parking permit peppermint tea local ingredient
I appreciated the provided parking permit, it eliminated parking stress. The staff facilitated needs wonderfully. They even bought peppermint tea. Breakfast was excellent and cooked to my specifications each day. I found fresh, local ingredients used in the cooked breakfast alongside homemade marmalade and jam.
The room could use some updates, particularly a good clean of dust from the shower top. I think the shower could benefit from some attention to detail.

The location is very close to the main beach. It allows for quick access. The proximity to the beach and the pavilion provided convenient access to local attractions. I found the setting very practical.

central location lovely family perfect room
i loved the central location it was super easy to get around i found the family running the place lovely they made us feel so welcome the room was perfect it had everything we needed i enjoyed breakfast too

the location was excellent near the beach and town centre. the owners were friendly and accommodating to our needs. the provided parking permit. breakfast was cooked to order, it ensured it was hot and delicious.

the location proved convenient for accessing the beach and town center. the room size was suitable, and i found the bed comfortable for the nights i stayed. the home-made marmalade stood out as an excellent addition to the breakfast. parking was included (on the street with a provided permit).
the television was placed in an inconvenient spot in the room i had.

The family running the business. i could come and go as i pleased, great for exploring. they provided a parking permit, a refundable one. It covered the zone area.
The stairs were a bit of a workout. It's a tall building.

lovely guesthouse experience
convenient location homemade jam accommodating family
The location was super convenient for exploring nearby shops and the beautiful beach. breakfast was a real treat with homemade jam and marmalade. It was divine. i found the family running the place to be friendly and accommodating.
The pillows and duvet felt a bit cheap. I thought they could definitely use an upgrade in quality.

I had a standard warm comfortable room with a very nice spacious shower. It was just what i needed after a long day. the room had a comfortable bed ensuring restful sleep and it was well-kept and clean.
