the location is unbeatable! views were gorgeous and i could walk to the beach in minutes! the breakfast offered a great selection of fresh and tasty options. the staff were so friendly and very helpful during my entire stay!
the tv remote in the room had a slightly sticky button, though everything else was super clean.

i found some issues the manager was rude when addressing a room mix-up it seemed like i was being blamed for their mistake the electrics in the toilet area were also on show posing a potential safety concern this lack of attention to detail affected my overall impression

the room was on the small side. the bed also felt small. i think bedrooms would benefit from refurbishment, main hotel areas have been recently updated.

The breakfast room had a wonderful view. The cooked breakfast was ordered at the table and brought to you fresh (a very nice touch). Staff took our cases up to our room.
The bedrooms would benefit from refurbishment. I found some dusty areas. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels or a robe.

The hotel is a short walk from lusty beach, precisely what i wanted. my room was large (i appreciated this) and very comfortable. the staff were helpful and friendly. They addressed all my needs with care. breakfast offered a full cornish option along with a range of continental items like pastries, cereals, and fruit.
i noticed some areas were a bit dusty, but it didn't greatly affect my visit.
