clean hotel helpful staff nice balcony
i found the hotel very clean upon arrival. the staff was helpful with directions (they know the city well). my room had a nice balcony, it was an unexpected surprise.
the room was slightly smaller than expected.

the suite included a spacious living area and a separate bedroom. it featured comfortable beds and blackout curtains to ensure a restful night's sleep, which i appreciated. the room also included a mini-fridge.

helpful staff central location fresh food
the staff was very helpful. i found the location great for accessing local cafes and restaurants. the buffet breakfast was nice with a good variety of fresh food (i especially liked the fruit selection).
the decor felt a little cheap to me (especially the sheets).

merely adequate stay
smoke odor obstructed view
the room smelled like stale smoke, i suspect previous guests disregarded the non-smoking policy. i found this particularly bothersome. also, the promised city view from the superior double room was obstructed. a building was right outside the window, this severely diminished the experience.

the breakfast included sufficient options. the staff provided restaurant recommendations nearby. i found a metro station close to the place, too. early access before flight was a benefit for me.
the decor seemed somewhat basic overall.
