a solid stay near the centre
friendly staff ideal location convenient parking hot breakfast
the staff provided very friendly help. the location proved ideal for accessing the international centre nearby. i found plenty of convenient parking available. the room maintained a clean standard, and i especially enjoyed a satisfying hot breakfast .
the bar drinks seemed slightly overpriced. that's really the only minor issue i encountered during an otherwise good stay, and it didn't significantly detract from my overall positive experience.

The service was very good. Staff proved helpful, particularly at the restaurant. i had a meal at the restaurant, and the experience was good. the room and bathroom were clean.

The location was beneficial, with the m54 easily accessible. i found the hotel simple to locate. the hotel sits back from the road. My room faced the rear, overlooking a spacious garden. As a result, the room was quiet.

the room was spotlessly clean. the bed felt particularly comfortable. i also appreciated the bathroom's designwith both a shower and a bath. fluffy white towels added to the experience.

The room was clean. The breakfast offered good choices. The evening meal presentation was great. The car park was great to use. Though it was quite full.
The television in my room seemed a bit dated.

a restful experience
free wifi comfy bed
the room was well-stocked, and the free wifi worked without problems. i was pleased to find plenty of pillows on the comfy bed. plug sockets next to each side of the bed were very useful.
the bathroom decor felt a little dated and could benefit from some attention. i also noticed that there were no face towels available in the room. finding my physical card at check-in was inconvenient because i usually use contactless payments.
