The room was very clean. The hotel features a large car park. The location is convenient, situated close to the M6.

friendly staff amazing food spacious room great value
The staff was SO friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy! I ordered steak pie and chocolate fudge cake. The food was AMAZING!!! My room was spacious. The hotel provides good value for money.
I asked for an extra pillow, but none were available.

Acceptable stay, some issues noticed
quick check-in clean room missing iron dry breakfast
Check-in was quick. The room was clean with everything in good order. Staff were friendly, I was charmed by their willingness to help with our queries.
I needed an iron and board. I did not find them in the room despite the app saying it would be there. The breakfast was a bit dry. It lacked freshness, I felt.
