direct accesssubway access
the location is convenient with direct train access for airport commutes. the subway access to central areas was also beneficial.

The hotel is near subway stations and convenience stores which was convenient.
I found dust throughout the room. The air conditioning did not work well either and I was sweating for several nights. There were no streaming services on the TV and the public bath access felt awkward passing the front desk.

Really good Stay Near Everything!

The staff was EXTREMELY helpful. I could store my luggage before check-in. This allowed me to explore local sights. Senso-ji and the Skytree are nearby. The vending machines provided free coffee and cocoa. This was a HUGE plus.
Sound insulation was not optimal. I could hear some noise from the hallway.

Breakfast offered a selection of six dishes. These dishes included eggs, salad and also water. Coffee, orange juice, and tea were available. The breakfast setup was very CONVENIENT.

The room was cleaned daily by dedicated staff. The room had enough space to open my 24-inch suitcase. A laundry room in the lobby offered practical services at a good price. I found this very useful.

The staff could communicate well in english. Staff assisted with baggage transport. The on-site public bath offered relaxation at the end of the day. The hotel provided water bottles daily.

the staff was nice and helpful. free tea and coffee were available in reception.
the room felt cramped. if you are larger than average, the bathroom is a proper challenge. the cafe next door offers a breakfast voucher, but the menu options are very limited (i didn't like the pancake so much).
