The staff was helpful and friendly throughout my visit. The location was close to Kanda station (and other lines). A coin laundry was available, a great convenience .
The early morning light entered the room around 5 a.m., due to the lack of proper blackout curtains.

The room was clean and well-kept. The air purifier worked well. Amenities included bath salts, a nice touch. The air conditioning unit provides both cooling and heating.

The staff was friendly and acknowledged me. Staff members were helpful with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the complimentary water provided daily (it was very needed).

The hotel is near the train station. I found the location convenient for accessing different areas. Tokyo station is within walking distance, providing another travel option.

A coffee machine is available in the lobby. It certainly helps the mornings. The coffee loft next door has a coffee set with egg and toast. The seller speaks english.

The hotel provided free coffee in the lobby. It was a nice perk. The location was close to Kanda station so it was very easy to find. Staff were very friendly. They provided clean towels and water every day.
The room was a little small. This is typical. The ac vent WASN'T working right. There was a mosquito in our room.

The room i got was a single room non-smoking. It felt smaller than expected. i struggled to find space for my luggage and moving around was difficult. the provided amenities were basic and lacked a personal touch, and the overall decor seemed a bit outdated, the bathroom exhaust fan was quite loud. It was distracting.
