The location allowed easy access to train stations. There was also a convenience store nearby.
The staff were unhelpful when I needed assistance with my bags. They just watched me struggle without offering ANY help. It was REALLY frustrating.

the hotel is near the imperial palace, great for morning walks. two different train lines are nearby and make travel simple. the neighborhood felt safe because of the proximity to government buildings.

staff was friendly. breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff recognized me. the reception person greeted me always with a smile and seemed eager to provide directions to nearby restaurants.

The staff was friendly and professional. They spoke good English. I really appreciated that. I found many amenities like razors and cotton buds provided. The hotel is in a nice area. It is perfect for rest after a day exploring.
Our room was quite small. It was a bit tight. The temperature was hard to control. It often became hot or cold.
