helpful staff decent breakfast great location cigarette odor crowded lobby hard bed
The station is right across the street, and it made it easy to get around. I walked to some attractions nearby. The staff spoke English and was very helpful. The breakfast included was good, if not fancy.
The bed in my room felt hard as a rock. I also noticed some cigarette odor on my floor. The lobby seemed always crowded. I wish they had non-smoking rooms.

super convenient stay!
great location friendly staff excellent price
the location was excellent! it was so close to both kuramae and asakusa stations. the staff were friendly and spoke english well. the price was also very good for all that i got.
I noticed a faint tobacco smell on the 7th floor. Air fresheners didn't completely eliminate it.

The hotel is very close to the asakusa line metro. It makes accessing both narita and haneda airports straightforward. there are restaurants nearby, and the sumida riverside is great for walks.

My room had blackout curtains and good lighting, so i could relax easily. i appreciated the cleanliness. It was very nice! the room was equipped with all the basics i needed.

helpful staff variety dishes water pressure room heater
the staff was helpful and friendly. the breakfast included a variety of dishes daily. i found the shower had great water pressure. the room heater worked well.
i did not get an extra pillow.

The hotel is very close to the kuramae stations on the asakusa and oedo lines. This accessibility is very useful. the asakusa area is one metro stop away. there are also many restaurants nearby.

the hotel provides amenities like vending machines and night gowns . the breakfast area also offers complimentary water and ice. the cleaning service maintained a high standard throughout my stay, so the room was super clean.
